Every piece in this shop is made to order. 

Production begins once your order is placed. Current lead times are ten to twelve weeks for textiles and flower holders, and fourteen weeks for cabinets. If you have any questions about lead time, please feel free to reach out through email (pborrapaley@gmail.com). Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

Because each piece is constructed by hand, slight variation in weave, dye and grain is inherent to the work. No two pieces are identical, and small differences between each piece should be expected.

Should I fail to reach the promised lead time, I will reach out directly to find some agreed upon compensation. I reserve the right to cancel the order for a full refund at any time. 

Shipping is charged in addition to the price of the piece. Prices shown are for the work alone. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight and packaging of what is in your cart. Textiles, baskets and flower holders ship in cardboard boxes; cabinets ship in a wooden crate and are priced accordingly. Orders ship within the United States.

Returns. As each piece is made for you after ordering, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun and finished pieces are not returnable. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, write within seven days of delivery and it will be repaired or remade.

Care. All textiles are dry clean only. Furnishings should be cleaned with microfiber cloth - dry, or slightly dampened with distilled water.
